Aquascope where you can follow the path of a drop of water, from its fall from the sky to its source, animations and Art House on site
In this aquascope, you can follow the journey of a drop of water, from its fall from the sky to its source, which in real time would take sixty years. Armed with a road-book, the whole family can move from one animation to another (water cycle, planetarium, quiz...) and discover Chaudfontaine's water as it travels... in a simulator. This is the Water House. On the other hand, the greatest artists of the 20thcentury (Matisse, Rodin, Bacon, Folon...) are presented to children through permanent exhibitions. This is the other part of the site, called the Art House.

Le musée Arthouse regorge de merveilles a priori inattendues comme des oeuvres de Banksy, Monet ou Matisse.
Waterhouse, le parcours de l'eau, délivre quant à lui des informations pertinentes de façon ludique.
L'accueil conjugue sympathie et professionnalisme.

Un musée interactif qui est plus destiné à un public d'enfants de 10 à 13 ans. Cependant, le parcours ludique peut être fait par tout un chacun et nous rappellera le cycle de l'eau d'une manière amusante.

La visite du musée a été très intéressante et nous a éclairés sur tous les courants de la peinture des 19e et 20e siècles. Les commentaires destinés aux enfants nous ont aussi beaucoup apporté à nous, adultes.
Nous avons déjà recommandé cette visite à notre petite-fille qui participe aux cours de dessin aux Beaux-Arts de Verviers. Cela va certainement vivement l'intéresser.
