Gaston Vouzôte (vouzôte being a local expression meaning "you people") is a contemporary luxury brasserie. An institution firmly rooted in its terroir, blending French and Belgian culinary cultures: escargots from Kain (near Tournai), seasonal terrine, blanquette de veau...
