Vincent Fleith doesn't make wine, he lives it. A passionate member of the Vignes Vivantes association, he has been cultivating his 9 hectares biodynamically since 1999, with no inputs, no artifice - just the earth, the sky, and a lot of conviction. On tasting, you'll enjoy wines full of character: a Letzenberg Pinot Noir that dances on spices, a Pinot Gris Grand Cru Furstentum with a honeyed nose, a Crémant Brut Nature as lively as a burst of laughter. Here, everything is alive, sincere and vibrant. Don't forget to make a reservation before you step inside!

We visited the vineyard because we had the chance to try one of their vines in a restaurant. We were interested in trying out more as they produce biodynamic wines. The selection one can try and later on purchase as well is wide and we enjoyed every single one of them. The owner was also the one conducting the tasting and he was more than happy to share the knowledge he has on producing the vines. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

Nous avons passé un petit séjour chez ces vignerons et nous en avons profité pour goûter leurs différents vins. Habitant dans le Sud-Ouest, je ne connais pas forcément les vins d'Alsace. J'ai adoré, je recommande ce domaine et je garde l'adresse afin de pouvoir, éventuellement, faire des commandes plus tard.
