You too will be shocked when you taste the creations of Tom Coosemans, an independent chocolatier who learned his trade... in a workshop at his parents' home. In addition to truffles, chocolate seafood and chocolate bars, there are his pralines that come in the form of little domes. Some are classic, but with high quality ingredients (Bronte pistachio, Tahitian vanilla, Piedmont hazelnuts...), others are surprising (caramel with red miso, passion fruit, lime and vodka). Something to tickle your taste buds.
