GOOSSENS
Founded in 1884, this tiny bakery, lined with white marble, offers all kinds of pastries and brioches in a beautiful Renaissance house with a stepped gabled façade. It is particularly famous for its raisin bread and nearly twenty different kinds of breads made from different cereals. The master makes his own praline and uses butter from Charentes. You can't miss it, because you just have to follow the line... on the sidewalk! Be patient and you will be rewarded, if the locals are waiting, it is not by accident
