This is probably the most creative chocolate factory. Among the originalities, you will find chocolate with wasabi, lavender, cola, basil, olives, tomatoes, cigar (flavoured with a macerated Havana leaf)... The choc'tails are made with the same alcohols as the way they are consumed: tequila chocolate... An extraordinary round-the-world tour of flavours orchestrated by Dominique Persoone (and his wife behind the scenes), who is very much appreciated and a lover of the most zany explanations in the media.

Belle boutique avec des sculptures en chocolat mais je prefere la boutique de Bruges beaucoup plus grande !
It is necessary to their window often changes and still very impressive because of being entirely made of chocolate! And for foodies, dresses " piaf". A DELIGHT.
