Squash, cabbage, peppers, melons, fruit, flowers and honey - here's just a taste of what you'll find at Ferme de Barboulotte. This market-gardening operation employs over 30 people on work-integration schemes, and is expanding again this year with the construction of a greenhouse. Direct sales at the farm support short distribution channels, which Barboulotte promotes with the restaurant Le P'tiot Zinc as a direct outlet. The Relais Bernard Loiseau also fetches certain ingredients from the farm.
