On plots of land spread over nearly 10 hectares around Missery, near Saulieu, the Barboulotte farm employs more than 30 people in professional integration and produces a wide variety of organic products: squash, cabbage, melons, numerous varieties of radishes, carrots and tomatoes, as well as honey, flowers and fruit. The vegetables are used in her restaurant in Saulieu, the P'Tiot Zinc, as well as in those of Bernard Loiseau. A beautiful project that creates links and reinvents our ways of consuming.
