TIAN SHUI RESIDENCE

From the temple, the passage on the right leads to the Tian Shui residence (天水堂), which is supposed to house the inhabitants coming from the village of the same name, but in mainland China. As the residence is still inhabited, access is not allowed, but it is possible to admire the curved roofs through the indentations in the surrounding walls. According to the locals, the house opens on rare occasions, but on random dates, at the owner's discretion.
