NATIONAL EAGLE CENTER
This museum houses four eagles in captivity, which were found injured in the wild and rescued by the caretakers
A national symbol of the United States, the bald eagle is an emblematic bird found only in North America. Since 2007, a museum has been dedicated to the bald eagle in Wabasha. In spring, visitors can watch the eagles nesting on the other side of the river, through binoculars. Inside, a number of captive eagles, collected injured in the wild, are cared for and presented to the public. Don't miss the reconstructed human-sized eagle's nest: an immersive experience that will delight young and old alike!
