We had an excellent seven-night stay for our engagement-moon, booked through a leading skiing travel agency in the UK, and enjoyed what can only be described as a five-star experience from the moment we entered the hotel. A welcome drink – juice, water, or champagne – was a lovely touch, alongside a cosy lobby area perfect for guests to relax in. The location is excellent, with the convenience of an in-house ski hire shop, Viladomat Signature, though the equipment was slightly more worn and slightly pricier than nearby alternatives. Nonetheless, the convenience offset any minor shortcomings.

The hotel boasts excellent Wi-Fi throughout, including the ski room, and offers a convenient mini-van service to the main Soldeu gondola from 08:30 to 17:00. A big shout-out to the driver with long dark hair and Ray-Ban-looking sunglasses (sorry, we didn't get his name). He was always incredibly helpful, jumping out of the mini-van to run over and assist us with carrying our skis and poles, saving us the effort of walking up the stairs from the Gondola station.

The staff across the board, from the front desk to the spa, were friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculate, with a balcony facing the mountains, a Nespresso machine, and L'Occitane toiletries adding to the luxury. The spa was a particular highlight, especially the large jacuzzi, where I found immense relaxation. We also indulged in massages, which were not only reasonably priced but
truly enjoyable, enhancing our overall experience at the hotel.

We enjoyed the hotel's vibrant atmosphere. However, we have some suggestions for the hotel management:

* Consider waiving spa fees for guests staying longer, like us, for seven nights.
* While most staff speak basic English, enhancing their proficiency could improve communication with English-speaking guests.
* More clear labelling of buffet dishes would be appreciated, especially for dietary requirements such as vegetarian or vegan options. For instance, a pot of roasted vegetables unexpectedly contained ham without indication, and clearer labelling would help guests like me, a pescatarian, in making suitable food selections.
* Ensure the plates are thoroughly cleaned. We noticed a few plates near the dessert station had stains on them.

Despite these minor suggestions, our stay was delightful, and we're deeply grateful to all the hotel staff for making our visit
extraordinarily special. We would definitely consider returning to this hotel for future skiing trips in Soldeu. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for a memorable engagement-moon!!

I love this hotel, I've now stayed here five times and I'll be back again. The only reason the room lost a star is because it was just way too hot. This was the first time this happened.

It was my wives birthday and they surprised her with a lovely cake in the room and one at dinner. The food is exceptional with an amazing variety to suit the tastes of all.

I recently experienced the most incredible skiing holiday, and I can't help but share the outstanding aspects that made it truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. Especially Victoria and Andrea from reception.Whether it was providing information about the best slopes, helping with equipment rentals, their knowledge and friendliness truly enhanced our overall experience. It was evident that they were passionate about ensuring every guest had a fantastic time on the slopes.

The hotel we stayed at was nothing short of amazing. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The stunning views of the snow-covered mountains from our window added an extra layer of magic to our stay.

I must commend the Crystal staff for their impeccable service throughout the trip. They were attentive, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. From restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation, their dedication to providing the best service ever truly stood out.

Overall, my skiing holiday was a dream come true, thanks to the helpful ski resort staff, the amazing hotel, and the exceptional service provided by the Crystal team. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories on the slopes with the same level of hospitality and warmth. That is a unique 5 star hotel. Here you will have to fight for level of service you get so it to start moving in the detection of 5 star hotel.

1. Ski shuttle goes only to the closest ski lift. If you have a ski lesson at other station you will be proposed to settle such “a favour” with shuttle driver directly.
2. If you want to go to sauna or pool after skiing, get ready to pay 26 euro person otherwise you have a bath at your room. But even if you pay 26 euro you will visit the SPA area that it not even close to the level of 5 star hotel - small and dark sauna, cold hamam, small pool, and all that with a slippery floor
3. If you are lucky to stay here on Monday and Tuesday then you are unlucky - the only restaurant in this hotel is closed and you will be proposed to take your diner in the bar on the sofa or armchairs (do you still remember it is a 5 star hotel?)

But … taking all these disadvantages into account the hotel is really good on all other sides:

1. Big rooms (for ski resort hotel)
2. Every room has a bath and a douche
3. Elegant design of interior and exterior
4. Shuttle goes every 3-5 min (I was never waiting for more then 2 min)
5. The service is specific but always 100% friendly

The Hotel was great, the staff were absolutely lovely, most of the workforce in Andorra seem to be young people from Argentina and Andorra a very lucky to have them. This young workforce made our stay in the hotel. The half board food was great, the bus service to a from the slopes also great.

3 Areas I think the hotel could improve are:

1. The Spa is extremely expensive to bring all the family, in other hotels we would have gone every night.
2. The kids clubs should cater for young teenagers more, maybe a Movie area, pool tables etc for them to hang out.
3. The Room Temperature control was difficult, we had to open the slide doors each night to cool the room down.

Hotel Park Piolets The Top Choice Of Andorra

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the transportation service provided. Not only was the transportation over an hour late, causing significant inconvenience, but I was also charged an amount that exceeded our agreed upon terms.

Despite bringing this matter to the attention of your staff, I was met with reluctance to address the issue. The lack of willingness to rectify the overcharge added to the frustration of an already tardy transportation service.

As a guest, I expected a seamless and reliable experience during my stay, which unfortunately was not the case. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improving your transportation services and customer support to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

The hotel is nice, staff are kind as well. However be ready to pay an extra €500 for things you won’t even consider. Breakfast is extra even when you book with the hotel, to access the pool or gym you will have to pay. I was told a certain pricing for BCN transportation and was charged way more because apparently the transportation doesn’t include luggage even though it was communicated to them the luggage we have and the car didn’t change.

I was also informed my transportation will arrive at 11 am after check-out, I had to wait in the lobby for two hours after check out for my transportation that informed them about a week prior.

Such a pity that a great skiing experience is ruined by poor service.

No es la primera vez que me alojo en este hotel, tiene el mejor desayuno de andorra , las habitaciones son muy increíbles , el spa también y tiene el mejor restaurante japonés de Andorra ( KAO )

Hotel impresionante! Pero sobre todo quiero dar gracias al PERSONAL! Impresionante trato por parte de camareros, recepción, chicas del kids club, chofers, limpieza y demás. Son un gran equipazo! Lo que hace que la estancia del hotel sea inmejorable!

De longe o melhor Hotel em Soldeu. Venho para cá há mais de 10 anos e tem vindo sempre a melhorar. Atendimento excelente, quartos muito bons com vista para a montanha, equipa muito prestável e simpática que atende aos mais variados pedidos dos clientes. Nada de negativo a apontar. Altamente recomendável!

L’hôtel a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût, que ce soient les parties communes ou bien les chambres, la restauration en buffet est excellente ! Elle offre un grand choix d’une grande qualité. La station de Soldeu est un bon choix (belle station) et à 15 minutes seulement de la frontière et à quelques pas d’une des plus belle vallée d’andorre offrant de nombreuses possibilités de randonnées. Je recommande vivement.
