This mini Monument Valley lies on the road between Bluff and Mexican Hat. According to Navajo beliefs, rock formations are places of power where spirits reside: those in the Valley of the Gods feature some of the most distinctive, even if the names given on most brochures are very much "American". From the east to the west entrances, you'll find Seven Sailors, Setting Hen Butte, Battleship Rock, Castle Butte and Lady in a Bathtub.
