In its stone case, this Can Carbasseres is an old bakery which has made a name for itself in its speciality: the bacon cake, still made in an artisanal way. It is a sweet and sour cake that is very pleasant to eat and will delight big eaters. In any case, it does not come by the slice, but its minimum size satisfies six people, preferably when it has just come out of the oven. Also take advantage of your visit to stock up on breads and other pastries, also of good quality.
