Crisp baguettes, pure-butter croissants and good cheer await you here! That's how you could describe the famous bakeries run by Patrick, the bakery maestro since the 1970s! He got off to a merry start by taking his delicious bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, much to the delight of the residents. He then gradually launched his bakeries, initially named Wilson, since the first one opened on rue Wilson in Mulhouse, and as success grew, others followed. Today, they're called By Riclin.

Quelle merveilleuse découverte ! Cette petite boulangerie nichée au cœur du village est un véritable trésor pour les amateurs de bon pain. Les petits pains sont tout simplement exquis : dorés à la perfection, croustillants à l’extérieur et incroyablement moelleux à l’intérieur. On sent immédiatement la qualité des ingrédients et le savoir-faire artisanal dans chaque bouchée.
L’accueil est tout aussi charmant : le personnel est chaleureux, souriant. En plus des petits pains, leur gamme de pâtisseries et viennoiseries est à tomber.

Będę tutaj na pewno wracał gdy kolejny raz odwiedzę cudowną i ukochaną Alzację.
