He got off to a merry start by taking his delicious bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, much to the delight of the residents. He then gradually launched his bakeries, initially named Wilson, since the first one opened on rue Wilson in Mulhouse, and as success grew, others followed. Today, they're called By Riclin.
