AIEA LOOP TRAIL

The Aiea Loop Trail is a 7.72 km hike in the heart of the forest, of moderate level and on a marked trail. However, remember to bring good shoes because there are some climbs at the end of the trail and some of it is muddy. There are many beautiful views of Pearl Harbor and the mountains. Count about 3 hours for the round trip. Note on the trail: the sweet effervescence of lemon eucalyptus that perfumes the hike and for the more keen observers, the remains of a military plane that crashed on the mountain in 1944.
