Of course, the pole "vignerons de Ladoix" offers wines from the twelve areas of the township. That of the rosé invites you to discover the wines from Burgundy, Provence, Languedoc, Alsace, Argentina, Hungary, New Zealand, Chile. The beer's range started with the Belenium; it is going to develop. There is always the "wine at less than 10 euros" which has been tested. You can trust Sébastien and Saadia, great professionals to welcome you with a smile and advise you on wines, but also on crémant, champagnes, , whiskeys, rums, cognac and vodkas. La Réserve is also a deli (mustards Fallot, gingerbreads Mulot and Petitjean, fruit juices Alain Milliat produced next to Lyon...) and sells some items of tableware. Damien Gelot and his wife Mélanie have created an original concept for a wine and beer bar, wine shop and cocktail bar, where you can drink, eat and play. The boutique offers a selection of regional wines, wines from Ladoix winegrowers, local beers and a wine cellar where you can taste 8 wines. This domain extends over 10 hectares of vines worked in micro-cuvées in order to respect the typicity of each climate. The vinification is done in the winery located at the foot of the Corton mountain. In terms of kindness, we remain at the top with Emilie and her brother Pierre-François. They propose all the hierarchy of Burgundy wines up to the Grands Crus, among which the famous white Grand Cru "Corton Charlemagne". Reasoned culture, old-fashioned ploughing, the vineyard is pampered.

Pierre Ravaut, 6th generation of the Gaston and Pierre Ravaut estate, now owns his own house, a rich and promising heritage in the pure family tradition. The Domaine Pierre Ravaut is located on the main road of the village with ideal parking and reception conditions. You have access to a catalogue of about ten reds and four whites starting from the Burgundy appellations and going up to the jewels of the Climats de Bourgogne. The meeting with Pierre Ravaut is disturbing for those who know Gaston whose filiation he cannot deny!

You are received in the vaulted cellar of the house, an ideal place to know the history of the area and discover the quality of the wines. They are very structured from their young age and they keep themselves very well. In red, Burgundy Passetoutgrain, Burgundy Rouge, Côte de Nuits Village, Gevrey Chambertin, Cadus, Cadus 1 ^er but also Aloxe-Corton, Aloxe-Corton 1 ^st Cru and a sublime Corton Grand Cru "Le Rognet"… White side, you can opt for a Burgundy Aligoté, a White Burgundy, a Cadus village or a 1 ^st cru, or for the pride of the house: the Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru. A historical characteristic of the house, there are always old vintages in reserve. This is the case for Corton Grand Cru "Le Rognet" which is found between 2004 and 2012. Several names come from the sale of the wines of the Hospices de Beaune. If you want to perpetuate a tradition, then hang a bank ticket to the baskets of the cave, they represent the whole world!
