A creative cuisine by the chef François Lagrue.
2023 marks a sign of great change for the Auberge Côté Rivière. At the helm of this charming establishment are Pierre and Maria Franchomme. In the kitchen, you can enjoy delicious dishes made with fresh, seasonal produce. The couple share their love of Burgundy's terroir by sublimating the famous Burgundy snails, as well as revisiting foie gras with a red wine and spice sauce. And last but not least, all desserts are seasonal and homemade!

Totally enjoyed my stay . Peaceful and comfortable room with a delicious breakfast French style and continental .

Nous y avons mangé à la carte.
C’est très bon, ça a du goût, heureusement vu les prix.
Nous avons demandé une gougère en plus pour notre mère, cela nous a été refusé.
Un bémol pour ma part a été la cuisson de mon faux-filet et la quantité de viande, pour un plat à la carte c’est limite.
La truffe est bien travaillée ????
Je ne peux pas mettre cinq étoiles.
