A three-star chef in New York, Jean-Georges Vongerichten opened Le Market at the W Doha a number of years ago. He's still going strong, even though he's opened a new restaurant, Curiosa by Jean-Georges, on the Corniche. In this contemporary dining room, let yourself be tempted by a tuna tartare, the famous Fontina-black truffle pizza or scallops with fennel and salted butter caramel ice cream. Note the playful burger menu, a MacGeorges gastro version, with Truffe & Brie or Roquette & Parmesan. Excellent wine list.
