This restaurant is one of the signature restaurants of the Four Seasons Hotel Doha, located in West Bay. The premise? The best dishes from around the world, with a contemporary twist by Chinese chef Fuliang Ding, open kitchens and a family-friendly atmosphere, from breakfast to dinner. As a signature dish, the lamb stewed in a yogurt sauce with rice vermicelli is exceptional, as are the five-spice sashimi with yuzu sauce and crispy ginger decorated with blackberries and flowers.
