Some of the 15,000 daily eggs are consumed by the best restaurants in the Côte-d'Or region, but they can also be found in grocery stores in Dijon and in 24-hour vending machines on the farm and in 5 neighboring towns. The eggs are renowned for their quality and their "Bleu, blanc, coeur" label.
