25 km west of Otjikoto Lake is another large basin of clear water, Guinas Lake, protecting an "underwater" cave that reveals impressive stalactites when the water level drops. This lake is 140 m long and 70 m wide with walls of about 20 m high, resulting from the collapse of the rocky roof of the doline, under the pressure of the water of the aquifer network of the region and the process of karstification of the limestone rocks. Its depth is - 132 meters. The detour is worthwhile, because the landscape is more impressive than for the first lake, with which it is potentially connected
