The issue is the ring inside the toilet. They did posted a note saying it is due to water hardness and the plan to renovate soon. Yet it was still an eye sore. Plus, the bed sink in. They need a new mattress

The location was great because it was halfway between Shreveport and Jackson, and much more reasonable than other areas nearby. Service was great, everyone was attentive. Clean rooms.

Very satisfied. Wife wanted to stay at Courtyard by Marriott, but I liked the price of this Fairfield by Marriott. We spoke to Brittany in housekeeping as we returned to our room on 3/16/2024. She was so sweet and did a great job getting our room together.

Thank God for hotels like this one, with great people, hot coffee, and always amazing breakfast. My son and I were stuck in town for a few days and the locals took care of our every need. Our hotel staff was beyond accommodating & the Fairfield has a great indoor pool with a bubbly whirlpool! Theres also a cow farm next door and we had a great time walking a natural trail nearby. Thanks Ms. Morgan, Mr. Stacy, Ms. Jay and the amazing cook who smiles unconditionally! Book your next Ruston stay here and you won't regret it.

We had a 26ft uhaul pulling a vw beetle and it was easy to get in to park. Front desk was extremely helpful and Courteous. Breakfast was delicious hot and cold available. Thank you Austin, Morgan and everyone I might have forgot names I'm sorry but Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy breezy :) 10/10 recommend to family and friends

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy access from the Interstate. Pet friendly with large pet area outside. Rooms were nice. Furnishings are being upgraded over time but everything was clean and nice during our stay.

Great location right off hwy. Just need to find the right turn or you might end up back on hwy20 like I did. Large room and great breakfast. We appreciated all the hand sanitizer around the lobby and breakfast!

Room was ok. TV did not work in our room. Bathroom was dirty. Toothpaste all over mirror. Lady that checked us in needs training. Get upper floor because it's wood construction so you can hear everything.

Great place to stop, with one caveat. The entrance is past the highway entrance, so just go past it to the next turn lane a little bit. The staff was very friendly, rooms are clean, and this will be on our “best stop” list on our drives from NC to Texas.

I must say so far I am very impressed from the wonderful warm welcome to the fabulous room. Lovely to see the recent improvements. I will be making notes of names of any team members that go the extra mile during my stay.
