For years, this restaurant is displayed as one of the best tables in Shreveport. Seafood and fish are of great freshness, the meat is of local origin and cooked with the utmost care. The place is also known for its wonderful cocktails, which are enjoyed with a few crabe crab clips. And in sound, a jazz musician plays every day. In a word, Ernest deserves his title.
