A pretty botanical park with a good tourist infrastructure, barbecues and cycle paths ideal for walking

This pretty botanical park, created in 1941, covers 8,300 hectares and has a good tourist infrastructure with barbecues and bicycle paths.

Cachoeira da Gargalhada. Easy 4.5 km walk to the waterfall

Trilha dos Campos. Beautiful viewpoint at 1,700 m altitude.

Trilha do Rio Sapucaí. Nothing spectacular, but a short path along the river.

Cachoeira da Celestina. A hike for those with a more athletic incline. Some 8.5 km lead to this waterfall at an altitude of almost 1,900 meters.
