Built in 1970 and put into service in 1971, this cable car was the first single-cable cable car to operate in Brazil. For tourists used to ski resorts, it looks like a classic "chairlift". This ride is now part of the city's "heritage". It takes ten minutes to climb 1,300 metres to Morro do Elefante and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city at an altitude of 1,800 metres. You can even see the floral park of Campos (horto florestal) located 13 kilometers away. A classic in Campos.
