Located at 3 657 m of altitude, the salt desert of Coipasa extends on a surface of 2 218 km² approximately. It is the biggest of Bolivia, after that of Uyuni. It is locally called "the mirror of the sky". It is there that live the Chipayas, one of the most authentic indigenous groups of the country. This sublime expanse has many surprises in store for you, both in terms of fauna and flora. The rocks that surround it are above all volcanic for breathtaking photos.
