Make no mistake, urban agriculture is possible, and it is indeed on this playground that Mathieu Lotz has chosen to launch himself. In the heart of the Bourroches district, Le potager des Ducs, labeled organic, flourishes among the municipal greenhouses. Occupied since 2018, this 3,000 square meter plot of land doesn't look the same as before. Borage and wild flowers run freely between the rows of lettuce and heirloom tomatoes, much to the delight of the farmer. But our young market gardener does not intend to stop there and wishes to pursue even further the good sense of farming and the respect of natural balances. A godsend for Dijon, and a path to follow.
