Grand Dijon Habitat offers accommodation in 3 student residences in Dijon. The first is on rue du Maréchal-Franchet-d'Esperey, the second on boulevard Voltaire and the third on rue de Beauregard. The apartments are subsidized, enabling students to receive the Allocation personnalisée au logement (APL). Studios with kitchenette rent for an average of €350 per month. Become a "kapseur": In partnership with the APHEN association, Grand Dijon Habitat has set up shared-apartment offers dedicated to students. While some T5 apartments are struggling to find families, the social landlord is now making some of them available to shared students, offering them a low rent in return for involvement at the foot of the building and in the neighborhood where they live. In Dijon Métropole, 22 students, now "kapseurs", are taking advantage of this scheme in apartments that can accommodate from two to five people. This new type of tenant contributes to the diversity of the public.

Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Closed at 4:30 pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. Local call not surcharged. For any technical emergency outside these hours, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Nous habitons dans un bâtiment de moins de 10 ans et nous sommes au dernier étage en dessous d'un toit plat. Cela fait maintenant depuis mars 2022 qu'on signale une infiltration d'eau provenant du toit... Les beaux jours sont passées et on avait plus d'eaux qui coulaient... Malheureusement depuis septembre 2022 les infiltrations ont repris de manière colossale, on est obligé de mettre des bassines et d'éponger l'eau qui coule de notre plafond et qui s'infiltre dans les murs et sur le sol!
Nous sommes en janvier 2023, nous avons envoyés des recommandés et fait marchés nos assurances pour faire bouger les choses mais rien du tout! Vivement qu'on déménage et si ça met du temps on va bloquer nos loyers au notaires!
"Je transmet à la collègue qui s'occupe du dossier" c'est la phrase que j'entends depuis le début .... Franchement passer moi cette fameuse collègue qui gère mon dossier pour que je puisse lui dire deux mots!
