Grand Dijon Habitat offers accommodation in 3 student residences in Dijon. The first is on rue du Maréchal-Franchet-d'Esperey, the second on boulevard Voltaire and the third on rue de Beauregard. The apartments are subsidized, enabling students to receive the Allocation personnalisée au logement (APL). Studios with kitchenette rent for an average of €350 per month. Become a "kapseur": in partnership with the APHEN association, Grand Dijon Habitat has set up shared-apartment offers dedicated to students. While some T5 apartments are struggling to find families, the social landlord is now making some of them available to shared students, offering them low rent in return for involvement at the foot of the building and in the neighborhood where they live. In Dijon Métropole, 22 students, now "kapseurs", benefit from this scheme in apartments that can accommodate from two to five people. This new type of tenant contributes to the diversity of the public.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Closes at 4:30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. Local call not surcharged. For technical emergencies outside these hours, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Ils sont juste bon à encaisser les loyers et augmenter les charges pour des bâtiments qui partent en lambeaux
Se permettent de venir sur vôtre terrasse en passant par l'extérieur sans rdv ou appel !! Comme precise la personne au téléphone nous sommes que des locataires !! donc quoi ont paie le loyer et ont ferme nôtre gueule nous ne sommes pas chez nous ????
Des Incapables rien est gérer correctement !!!
Chaudière en panne a peine arrivé : 3 semaines sans eau chaude, 0 compréhension.
Mensonge du commercial qui a vendu du rêve : local vélo, cave, porte de placard réparée et lors de l'aménagement rien de tout cela n'était vrai.
