Vincent Athias, architect d. p. l. g. created his own cabinet in 2010 after 4 years as a consulting architect at the Conseil régional de Bourgogne. He uses his training of planners and his experience in renovating old dwellings in rural communes and building public spaces to define the offer of his office. Vincent Athias's clients are both local and appealing to the MODIFIACTION of their PLU and individuals who want to renovate an old house to make it a comfortable and environmentally friendly place. Vincent Attias specializes, even to revive old houses, which by definition dates back to 1948. It is also a time when considerations of energy saving did not exist. Restoring life to ancient habitat by restoring it from the most natural materials possible, making it accessible to people with reduced mobility, can be its mission for a municipality that wants to develop rental housing, or an individual anxious to maintain a house whose history will continue in the BBC version. As a designer and co-ordinator, Vincent Athias is also consulting and helping the decision by considering the economic parameters of your project.
