COBATEC
Cobatec, headed by Gislain Durand, is an expert in building renovation, project management and construction economics. Established in 1997, Cobatec is recognized as a specialist in property maintenance, and in particular in energy-efficiency renovation for Dijon's social landlords. These skills have led it to successfully expand into the private condominium renovation market. Thanks to close, organized collaboration with CSi, a thermal and fluid engineering firm, and Soliha for financial engineering, Cobatec is able to meet the expectations of Dijon's property managers and assist them with their energy renovation projects. The consortium has defined a rapid study methodology to enable co-owners to make quick decisions. While several projects are underway, more than a dozen studies are currently underway for Dijon's main property managers. Good to know, Cobatec can also intervene for individual housing.
