With almost 600 m² dedicated to receptions, the establishment offers several refined, modular lounges. The Salon Napoléon III, adorned with crystal chandeliers, is ideal for banquets or conferences. The Caves de la Cloche, formerly the sommelier's private domain, offers a warm atmosphere for intimate meals. The salons Rude, Rameau and Valentin are ideal for meetings and seminars. Each room is fully equipped for your events: video projector, quality sound system and Wi-Fi connection are available. We can also help you organize seminars, product launches, weddings or galas. Our professional team is on hand to take care of logistics, welcoming guests and coordinating every stage of the event. They will ensure that your event runs smoothly, in a setting that is both prestigious and inspiring. Leider konnte der Service – insbesondere an der Rezeption und im Spa-Bereich – nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Haus gerecht werden. Eine Reservierung im hoteleigenen Restaurant konnte uns die Rezeption nicht ermöglichen – wir mussten selbst telefonisch aktiv werden. Zudem war lediglich ein Abend verfügbar. Auf unsere Bitte, eine alternative Empfehlung zu erhalten, wurden wir in ein Lokal verwiesen, das stark an Massentourismus erinnerte und sowohl beim Service als auch bei der Qualität der Speisen enttäuschte.
Der Spa-Bereich musste separat und zu einem hohen Preis gebucht werden. Dafür war dieser jedoch eher klein, wenig einladend und entsprach nicht dem Anspruch eines Luxushotels. Es wurde lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person ausgehändigt – ein weiteres wurde selbst auf Nachfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
Auch beim Empfang fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen: Bei unserer Ankunft im Regen erfolgte zunächst keine Begrüßung. Erst als wir mit dem Gepäck in die Lobby kamen, kam ein Portier auf uns zu und nahm unsere Autoschlüssel entgegen.
Insgesamt passt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht zur ausgewiesenen 5-Sterne-Kategorie des Hauses.
