Étienne David, who comes from the pharmaceutical industry, took over the land of a family estate in the Hautes Côtes. 7 ha were planted in 2020 on the terroirs of Nolay (Jaron, Le Ban, Ruchottes, Brois) and Cormot (Beauvoir) with a harmonious distribution of Chardonnay and Pinot noir. Enthusiastic, a teacher with a scientific approach, he tests various processes to obtain quality organic wines: amphora, foudre, Beaune egg... He explains his passion for vines with a landscape reading. From there, enjoy a breathtaking view of Nolay!
