Etienne David has the art and manner to explain his passion to you, taking you into his vineyards where he offers you a reading of the landscape. From there, you'll have a superb view of Nolay, the Cozanne valley and the Maranges. This is followed by a tour of the winery, where you'll discover Beaune eggs, foudre, amphora and stainless steel vats, before tasting his wines.
