The hotel is located on the Danyi plateau, not far from the Benedictine sisters' monastery. Here the climate is temperate and the surroundings very unspoilt. From the hotel, you can admire the green valley, with a small waterfall, below. The rooms are well kept with their bathrooms in Kpalimé stone. Some have a private terrace overlooking the garden. As the owner is a landscape gardener, the estate is also well kept. A nice atmosphere reigns in this hotel, which offers a restaurant appreciated under its straw hut.

The Benedictine Sisters are about 2 km from the friars and welcome travelers with the same dedication. They offer room and board in a less impressive environment, but are known to be more welcoming. The fifteen or so clean rooms have their own private shower and toilet. The different buildings of the monastery are named after saints: Saint-Luc, Saint-Marc... On the spot, a store sells various products: avocado wine, banana liqueur, jams, spices, syrups, some art objects and postcards.

Calm and serenity are the words that describe this place. The dedicated brother hotelier offers very good two-bed rooms or five-bed dormitories. Communal showers are bucket-water operated, but there is a hot-water tap and cauldron in one cabin. The estate is planted with trees and is a veritable botanical garden. Among the trees are jackfruit trees, with their large fruit called "jacques", Caribbean pines, ebony and rubber trees... Silence and sombre clothing are required of all guests, whether religious or not.
