The Bistrot des Prés Verts is a chic and intimate dining room located in Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, one of the most beautiful villages in France! A warm cocoon to enjoy a gourmet break, at any time of the day and in all simplicity, in the heart of a confidential, authentic and refined space.

On the menu? The discovery of Burgundy's riches through a demanding selection of quality organic and local products, including our 19 wines by the glass, our charcuterie and cheese boards and our gourmet jars... This innovative concept puts at your disposal a fully digitalized menu, focused on regional products, to allow everyone, amateurs or experts, to discover the regional and gourmet specialties that constitute the identity of Burgundy while enjoying a moment of relaxation and escape.
