Traditional restaurant with a warm welcome in Châteauneuf.

So many projects for Guillaume Royer, the former starred chef of the Abbaye de la Bussière! In addition to his new gastronomic restaurant in Vandenesse-en-Auxois, he is taking over the kitchens of the Hostellerie du Château at the end of April. In the heart of the old fortified village of Châteauneuf, discover a gourmet cuisine accessible to all palates. Here, local producers are honored and their products well highlighted. Dishes in sauce, simmered and tasty, all for very low prices. To prolong this beautiful moment, the hostelry proposes 9 rooms of character.

salade gourmande un mangeable la sauce que du vinaigre salade du pécheur de l'eau du décongeler même pas assaisonner la dorade bonne mais la sauce hollandaise du sachet mauvais comportement du patron qui se permet de s'asseoir sur une table et se déchausser devant les clients et de faire la morale a ses employer devant nous
