PARQUE DE CAMPISMO DA CALHETA ET SNACK-BAR

O parque, em si, é bonito, as piscinas vizinhas são magníficas, e a vista é de tirar o fôlego. O pessoal é simpático.
Infelizmente, da nossa estadia de 4 dias, estes são os elogios possíveis, e os que posso deixar em honestidade.
Apenas ao 3o dia os balnearios foram convenientemente limpos, raramente houve papel higiénico disponível e nunca houve tolhetes de mãos. Acrescentando o facto de as instalações sanitárias serem antigas, torna a experiência muito pouco agradável.
Durante a estadia não consegui perceber se o foco da gerência é o parque de campismo, ou o restaurante. Escrevo às 0h, de dentro da minha tenda, e parece-me que estou ao lado de uma discoteca: música alta, grupos a cantar, crianças a correr pelo parque enquanto os pais convivem no restaurante (note-se que a crítica não é para as crianças).
Nunca houve silêncio antes das 0h.
Infelizmente, tenho de recomendar que experimente outros parques da ilha, antes de vir para este. Eu gostava de o ter feito.

Le meilleur camping de Sao Jorge !! Good vibes n'hesitez pas

This camping site is super cute with lots of trees to provide shadow or hang a hammock, the staff is helpful and very nice too. The location is beautiful with the ocean right next to it and a great view but the supermarket is a bit far by foot. Also a lot of useful things are provided (washing machine, fridge, camping gear for rental, ...).
The only downside was that the toilets were not really clean and there was rarely any toilet paper.
