Take an original tour and discover the life and traditions of the Marcaire region through the seasons: from the transhumance of the herds to the construction of the landscapes shaped by this mountain agriculture and, of course, the making of the famous Munster cheese. After observing the cellars where the cheeses produced on site slowly mature, watch our Malker demonstrate the ancestral art of making Munster cheese.
