Take an original tour and discover the life and traditions of the Marcaire region through the seasons: from the transhumance of the herds to the construction of the landscapes shaped by this mountain agriculture and, of course, the making of the famous Munster cheese. After observing the cellars where the cheeses produced on site slowly mature, watch our Malker demonstrate the ancestral art of making Munster cheese. At the end of the tour, taste 3 typical Munster Valley cheeses. A fun experience for young and old!

Un peu déçue par la visite : débute par un film, puis par des lectures de pancartes aux murs, quelques vaches présentes. Enfin, une explication sur la fabrication du fromage et une partie dégustation (vin et fromages).
Présence d'une boutique de produits locaux.
Remarque : Pensez à réserver votre visite!
La visite d'environ 1h30 est adaptée pour petits et grands : film, le côté musée avec des activités interactives, la partie explicative sur la fabrication du munster, etc.. On a en plus le privilège de voir quelques animaux, et de déguster les différents fromages et spécialités locales à la fin de la visite pour le plus grand plaisir de nos papilles ????!
