Take an original tour and discover the life and traditions of the Marcaire region through the seasons: from the transhumance of the herds to the construction of the landscapes shaped by this mountain agriculture and, of course, the making of the famous Munster cheese. After observing the cellars where the cheeses produced on site slowly mature, watch our Malker demonstrate the ancestral art of making Munster cheese. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.
Une belle déception.
Nous avons commandé 3 burgers, plus de 50 min d’attente, alors que le restaurant n’était pas complet.
A la prise de commande nous demandons un steak bleu, à l’arrivée du plat, le steak est très bien cuit.
Nous demandons de refaire la cuisson, le serveur reprend l’assiette en soupirant.
À la seconde arrivée du plat, ( 15 min plus tard ) nous constatons que le fromage a l’intérieur du burger n’est pas cuit du tout ( photo jointe).
Nous le précisons au serveur, et celui-ci réitère son comportement précédent et soupire, sans apporter de solution.
Fait maison et très bon ce qui change des pièges à touristes d’Alsace en cette période.
Restaurant à taille humaine et calme pour apprécier son repas.
Bon rapport qualité prix, adresse à retenir.
Nous avons dégusté la formule gâteau (une part de gâteau + 1 boisson chaude ) en attendant notre réservation pour la visite de la maison du fromage ????

Une petite pause en terrasse au top après une randonnée dans la forêt sur les hauteurs de Munster ????
