An innovative restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. One of the most interesting views in Valletta. In entrance, fried squid and homemade tartar sauce, a treat. Fish caught the same day in main dish. But for those regretting the sweet French gastronomy, the burger and its mustard sauce in Dijon is a curiosity. Finish with a sherbet, and the desire to restart as soon as possible.
