Nous avons été charmés par l’expérience vécue à la Table des invités au Parc Expo de Mulhouse. Que ce soit le service assuré par les étudiants, la qualité des produits choisis dans les assiettes, la cuisine du chef Hugo Riboulet.

Moment privilégié ce restaurant éphémère, les foie gras étaient étonnants et sublimés.
Un peu déçu du choux farci, je n'ai pas retrouvé le tendre d'une viande confite "toute une nuit"
Service Top, merci aux apprentis.
Il Manquait un "vrai" vin rouge ...

Lors de notre passage à FestiVitas nous avons pu goûter au menu établi par les chefs Bringel et Hugo Riboulet. Le menu était excellent le foie gras exquis un vrai délice nous nous sommes régalé.

Excellent concept, menus très bien élaboré et très très bon.Service à la hauteur, bravo. Chef Hugo accepté discuter avec nous, disponible et humble malgré sa notoriété.Bravo !
