TEATRO NACIONAL CLÁUDIO SANTORO

This is where the big companies that come to Brasília perform, as well as the national orchestra. Concerts and cultural events are also programmed here throughout the year. This large pyramid designed by Niemeyer serves as an opera house. Adorned with the work of Athos Bulcão, white concrete cubes inlaid on the north and south facades, it represents the artist's most colossal work. The Italian painter and decorator Aldo Calvo also participated in the project.
