Oscar Niemeyer's sleekly designed library, next to the National Museum, houses a collection of several books
Located next to the National Museum, Brasília's library boasts sleek architecture by Oscar Niemeyer. It was inaugurated in 2008. Typical of the architect's style, with its modern lines and immaculate long façade, it stands out against the radiant blue sky, forming with the National Museum the Cultural Complex of the Brazilian Republic. It houses a collection of over 500,000 works spread over 14,000 m².
