FUNDAÇÃO ATHOS BULCÃO

Carioca artist Athos Bulcao (1918-2008) is one of Brazil's most prominent contemporary artists. The Athos Bulcão Foundation store sells a wide variety of objects with motifs signed by the artist. It's a great opportunity to take home a decorative azulejo in the same colors as those in the city park or in the little church on 308 South. You'll also find mugs, T-shirts, silkscreens and even umbrellas. Beautiful souvenirs that also help preserve the memory of this great Brazilian master. The foundation teaches underprivileged young people.
