This finder of farm products, 100% local and seasonal, often organic, collected each morning from producers, supplies his stalls with vegetables, fruits, dairy products, flours, honeys, fruit juices, mushrooms. People like to come and do their shopping, and restaurant owners collect their orders just a few steps from their kitchen. A very appreciated short circuit, fresh products.
