He's passionate about gastronomy and wine, so it's no surprise that he's right at home in Beaune, a gourmet town. You'll appreciate the zenitude of the dining room and the Japanese garden terrace, a nod to the chef's origins in Japan. His presentations are full of finesse and elegance. Try the fresh stuffed Morels from the Terre et Mer menu, a pure delight! His pate en croûte is legendary, earning him the title of vice-champion of the world.

Le service est aux petits soins, le personnel est souriant et attentionné. Nous avons apprécié le conseil de l'oenologue sur la carte des vins (vin naturel à température idéale, c'est à dire proche de 10° pour du rouge de Bourgogne, carafé avec soins).
La cuisine était délicieuse tout en étant légère. L'étoile est amplement méritée. Le seul point négatif notable sur la salle d'intérieur est le bruit, un petit aménagement acoustique serait idéal. Nous reviendrons.
Nous nous attendions à mieux au niveau de l’ambiance et du service pour un restaurant étoilé Michelin.
