Since the Bistrot Bourguignon was taken over by Christophe Meux, whose background is in the restaurant and wine trade, it has become a must in Beaune. Enjoy the warm decor, with walls flanked by original frescoes and paintings. The dishes are concocted by chef Michael Thibert, a gourmet family cuisine with excellent juices and sauces. Veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms, scallop risotto, veal liver with parsley... This institution ticks all the boxes of a fine restaurant, with the added bonus of a wine list featuring over 500 wines.

Expérience parfaite ! Cuisine succulente, j’ai demandé une cuisson très très rosé sur mon foie de veau et le Chef a envoyé une viande parfaite,
La carte des vins parlons en .. même le plus petit producteur est à la carte, merveilleux !
