Le Béléna is a success story, a must-visit brasserie where diners return for the quality, diversity and value of the dishes, and for the attentive service of a team managed by Eric Voranget and Véronique Masclaux. It's chef Florent Imbault and his brigade who, with original regional dishes and inventive recipes based on seasonal produce, seduce the palate. Beuchelle, truffle sauce and vegetable clafoutis or confit veal chuck, dishes served on white tablecloths with poppies on the walls.
